Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RecordHub Studios facilities, equipment rentals, and related services. By booking a stage or renting equipment, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings and payments

• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
• To secure a booking, a deposit may be required. Remaining balance is due before load-in.
• A valid government-issued ID and certificate of insurance may be required for equipment rentals.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• 72+ hours before the booking: refund of deposit minus processing fees.
• 48–72 hours: 50% charge of the reserved services.
• Under 48 hours: 100% charge of the first day and confirmed crew add-ons.

Facility use

• Load-in, load-out, and overtime must be coordinated with our staff.
• No smoking or open flames unless expressly approved in writing.
• Damage to stages, walls, or equipment will be billed at repair or replacement cost.
• Return all gear complete and coiled; cleaning fees may apply for excessive debris or paint spills.

Equipment responsibility

• Rented gear remains the property of RecordHub Studios.
• You are responsible for loss, theft, or damage from pickup until return and check-in.
• Do not modify or open equipment housings. Report issues immediately.

Insurance and indemnification

You agree to maintain appropriate production insurance and to indemnify and hold RecordHub Studios harmless from any claims arising from your production, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecordHub Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, strikes, acts of nature, or government actions.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date.
